Our employees are the heart and soul of this company.
We genuinely care about and place the highest value on each and every single one of our employees. If there is anything we can do to make the work experience and environment more comfortable, we adapt immediately to ensure not just the pleasure, but safety of all employees. Our employees are always more than welcome and encouraged to come to us with any issues.
A number of our employees at Monnig Industries are US veterans. We place a great deal of emphasis on the military men and women veterans who have served our country and then come to Monnig Industries. These individuals are the heart and soul of this company and numerous vets on our team have led to leadership roles at all levels.
Our Procedure for Handling Complaints
Under normal working conditions, employees who have a job-related problem, question or complaint should first discuss it with their immediate supervisor. At this level, employees usually reach the simplest, quickest, and most satisfactory solution. If the employee and supervisor do not solve the problem, or if the employee does not feel comfortable speaking with the supervisor, he/she is encouraged to contact the HR Coordinator, Kendrick Davis. If the employee does not feel comfortable contacting the HR Manager, he/she should contact Jason Monnig.
If you are a victim of harassment, bullying or discrimination in any form, please report that to your direct supervisor. If you feel uncomfortable reporting this to your supervisor, you must submit your concerns to Kendrick Davis who is the present Human Resources Coordinator. If you are uncomfortable going to the HR Coordinator with this information, then contact Jason Monnig.
Order of communication for issues that may arise:
- Always start by contacting your immediate supervisor.
- Your plant manager
- Kendrick Davis, Head of Human Resources
- Jason Monnig, Manager
